The receptionist was great,gave us a good rate for the room, the room sofa bed was full of stains and very uncomfortable,went and asked for face cloths but they didn’t have any so they gave us small towels. The breakfast was acceptable. Got to say that the hotel was in the stage of upgrading.

The sink was filthy and the coffee maker in the room didn't work. I told the desk person who said they don't supply coffee in rooms anymore but there was coffee but the machine lacked the holder for the coffee packet. I told him about the sink and he said he would check on it. I was disappointed.

No towels in pool area went to front desk. No pool towels. Only bath towels. Broken lamp shade Bathroom sink drains very slow Electrical outlets on lamps don't work No usb ports No orange juice No do not disturb sign in room Sofa bed broken No one at front desk. Had to ring bell every time. No internet service Sat. Room very dirty. Checked out one day early from our scheduled two day stay due to all of the above issues. Charged us for early checkout $42.75 then refunded $64.73. Net $20. Really. Going to contact corporate for full refund and file a complaint. We have stayed here several times. Never again. No manager named.

Truly in need of a deep clean or update

The original room we were given had a broken lock. Next room had a funky musty smell. It was the best they had. Seems like the place is in desperate need of an update or very deep clean. Very skimpy on bathroom towels. 2 bath 2 hand no wash clothes and we were 3 people in the room. We will consider other options next time in the area.

How do I start? Room rug was so dirty that the bottom of my and my friend’s feet were black. Shower tub was so high you could hardly step over. After you did manage to scale the mountain, then be careful not to slip in the shower. Bathtub floor had no grip and handle for support was at the far end on the shower. We went out and bought a floor mat and support handle. There is no maid service so we needed to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, towels and Kleenex. We were on the way out for dinner but they asked us if we wanted them to take it to our room. They advertise heated indoor pool….when finding the water cold and asking about the temperature of the water, they stated they heat the room and not the water. The Chlorine odor was so bad I could not stay anyway.
